British American Tobacco Nordic is currently looking for an experienced, passionate and highly motivated IDT Business Relationship Manager to support our entire Nordics area: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The position is based at our Nordic Headquarters in the centre of Copenhagen.

You will join our Nordic IDT team of 4 engaged and highly experienced colleagues who all focus on creating true value to our Nordic and North- Western European business. We are all dynamic professionals that work in an internationally diverse environment, where the ambitious IDT support we provide to the organization is well respected and highly valued.

The Job
As the IDT Business Relationship Manager in British American Tobacco, you will be a trusted and valued partner for all employees and end users. You will be supporting the transformation and the IDT platforms, while driving our front-end agenda and core IDT services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and improve end user satisfaction through regular communication to the organization and collaborative communities
- Drive and coordinate innovations which can improve the ways of working and generic satisfaction of the organisation in the offices and home, maximising flexibility and work-life balance.
- Service Level Management with global and different local service providers.
- Manage service providers
- Sustain compliance within the function
Essential Requirements
As the ideal candidate you must be self-driven and when looking at problems you will be conscious of delivering solutions that contribute to the best business result and ultimate customer satisfaction.
You need to possess excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
You must hold the relevant educational background. A Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or equivalent educational background in IT is required, along with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar Information and Digital Technology Business Partner role. Your previous experience should prove your ability to learn quickly and that you are proactive and resilient. You must also have a minimum of 3+ years working in roles that required management responsibilities and ideally you also are experienced working on large scale digital transformation projects.
Furthermore, to succeed in the role, you should have:
- A broad understanding and experience within the different fields of IT – specifically end user and IT services
- The ability to balance and manage expectation between the stakeholders and service providers. To give pragmatic advice that is business relevant while at the same time adhering to Group strategy and all compliancy measures.
- The motivation to create and educate communities and communicate to the organization
- Experience with driving change and ensuring maximized performance from others
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset towards both stakeholders and service providers
- Experience managing the financials of service providers and financial planning
- The ability to work independently as well as being a team-player
- Fluency in spoken and written English and preferably one of the Scandinavian languages
