Drive new sales to large global enterprises
As OEM Sales Manager your focus is first and foremost to drive new sales initiatives all the way from identifying the potential partner to final signing of the contract. Potential customers/partners are typically fortune 500 companies/major international companies where the Milestone software suite can replace and/or supplement their own hardware and/or software products. As part of our agile approach we naturally also follow opportunities involving SME companies.
A vital part of your road to success is based on your ability to explain how the Milestone suite will strengthen the client’s business and sales – you must deliver their sales pitch to them showing an understanding of their products and markets. Related to this, you must establish setups that ensure that the right people at Milestone are connected to the right people in the client’s organisation. This includes to bring CxO level representatives together when appropriate. Your tasks include to:
• Find and engage with potential new OEM accounts globally (the far east is most promising)
• Identify USPs, establish contacts, set up meetings, follow up and close the deals
• Contribute to the further development of our OEM sales strategy
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
• Build good relations to key stakeholders internally in especially Legal and R&D
In non-corona times you can look forward to be travelling 40-60 days per year.
Ambitious relation builder with good communication skills
We are looking for an ambitious profile with the over average energy level it takes to build up new business relations from scratch. This includes a flexible mindset in order to handle typically a couple of calls a week outside normal office hours (time zones). Additionally, you must be able to tailor your communication to your audience with due respect to professional and cultural differences. As we do not believe in micro management, you must also be able to plan and manage your own time (we naturally support you with qualified knowledge sharing and advice). Additionally, your CV comprises:
• A degree in business administration or related
• Minimum a couple of years’ experience from driving new sales activities
• Experience within solution selling with a certain level of complexity
• Preferably experience from working with/in IT or security companies
• Very good English skills, written and spoken

Your new workplace is the Milestone HQ i Brøndby, Copenhagen. Here you will join our Head of OEM Sales in a small and super agile setup.
