Key role in the preparation and execution of our strategic planning processes
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation and execution of our global S&OP process across the business, as well as being involved in our weekly operational and tactical planning processes. The monthly S&OP process spans across the entire value chain and looks 12 months out in the future.

Your key accountabilities will be:

  • Shared accountability for preparation of our global S&OP process which includes commercial S&OP meetings with our 10 sales clusters, production S&OP with our factories in Thailand and Executive S&OP with our Top Management for end-2-end decision making and alignment. The S&OP Analyst will mainly contribute with in-depth analyses & reporting
  • Shared accountability for supporting our NPI (New Product Introduction) planning process including forecast consolidation process, reporting and follow-up on planning accuracy on NPI and forecast sharing, as well as capacity alignment with manufacturing.
  • Support our tactical planning process. The purpose is to ensure a balance between demand and supply and the responsibility to initiate all necessary actions to keep the right balance. It includes choosing the right products to produce in case of scarce capacity, as well as picking the right products to invest inventory on, in periods with more capacity than demand.
  • Accountable for the supply plan input to the monthly hedging process for the precious metal, done in collaboration with the Treasury department and local sourcing teams. The purpose of this process is to capture the planned demand for silver and gold in a horizon of 12 months providing an accurate input to the hedging process.

Team player with a hunger for improvement and creating results
To succeed as an S&OP Analyst, we envision that you are a strong team player with good people, networking and communications skills. You have a strong sense of urgency and a hunger for improvements and for creating results. Adding to that, you have a very analytical mindset and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing attention to details. Your strong conceptual and strategic skills give you the ability to work assumption-based on complex scenarios. Further, we hope to see that you have:

  • 1-3 years of solid working experience, preferably within Supply Chain Planning
  • A degree within Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Organization & leadership, Finance, Economics, International Business or similar
  • A degree within Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Organization & leadership, Finance, Economics, International Business or similar
  • Strong value chain capabilities and mindset
  • User experience in Logility or similar planning system
  • Experience from a global organization
  • Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry is considered a plus
  • Full command in English, spoken and written
