We are looking for a Senior Sales Operation Specialist to our Sales Tools and Programs Operations team. You combine a good portion hands-on with the role as Functional Lead organizing the work in this new, three-man team. Together with your colleagues in the rest of Global Sales Operations you enable sales, support, and sales operations around the globe, and ensures well working operational interfaces with other corporate functions.

Areas of responsibility

The ambition of the Sales Tools and Programs Operations team is to raise the service level and scalability of the operational tasks anchored in Global Sales Operations. The team ensures that the daily operational tasks and smaller operational projects are carried out with precision and predictability, and in good collaboration with other teams.

You have a talent for streamlining processes and organizing the related operational work with the aspiration to make operational tasks run like clockwork. To get there you will also be leading smaller optimization projects and participate in bigger ones gradually optimizing our operational readiness.

As a functional lead you run daily stand-ups and biweekly sprint planning, and offer sparring to your colleages in the operations team on functional issues. For now, people management is not part of the role. Over time, as the team grows, it might become so.

The team is responsible for a portfolio of operational tasks such as:
• Processing Salesforce policies changes, user rights, ticket handling, and more
• Administering Salesforce data for all audiences
• Running our operational setup for global incentive schemes to ensure punctual and accurate payouts, and coordinate with our colleagues in HR and accounting
• Managing the operations of our channel partner programs including that partners have the right levels, certifications, rights, etc.
• Running reports, prepare dashboards, and validate input with sales
• Preparing training materials and perform training to Global Sales in support of operational areas we run
• Supporting our regional super user setup.

What you bring to the team

Required experience and qualifications:
• Min. 5-7 years' relevant work experience from an operations function in a bigger company.
• Solid experience in several of these areas (please specify your level of proficiency for each in your application):
 Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
 Salesforce operational tasks and administration (alternatively another enterprise CRM system than Salesforce)
 Incentive pay operations
 Generating reports using PowerPivot or similar reporting tools
 Process mapping
 Operations in general
• Experience in leading smaller projects and participate in bigger projects, ideally using an agile approach.
• Keen to understand how your department can contribute to the overall objectives and find it intesting to particiate in cross functional alignment and planning.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
