The company and the team
Sales Insights, Tools, and Operations is a part of the Global Sales Operations department in Milestone, a centrally placed team with interfaces to the entire organization. As a Senior Sales Tools & Process Specialist, you will combine your hands-on process optimization- and Salesforce.com eco-system experience to make a solid and scalable impact on the business.

The role:
- Help manage the Salesforce platform and related applications with the goal of enabling sales growth and increasing productivity – this could be close daily alignment with our Salesforce Champions in the regions and your team colleagues.
- Act as subject matter expert on Salesforce related tasks and projects. We currently have many exciting tasks and projects and your contribution will play a significant part in our success.
- Assist and help facilitate the cross-company process- and tools alignment, for instance, around CPQ-tools, CTI integrations, incentive pay applications, etc. This means that you will also significantly contribute in our efforts to having a sustainable, healthy and futureproof Sales tools setup in Milestone.
- Continuously help ensure global standardization and out-of-box solutions for our sales applications and processes (primarily Salesforce). We expect you to use your expertise and knowledge in finding scalable- and aligned solutions together with your team every day.
Your qualifications:
- You are an expert in the native Salesforce.com eco-system and leverage best practices and out-of-the-box solutions.
- You are experienced within stakeholder management and can easily maneuver across different cultures and different parts of an organization.
- You have a solid understanding of sales mechanisms and can translate process understanding into tools and system requirements.
- Be experienced in working closely with IT in an agile setting.
- Have a track record of participating in big projects as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Be solid inwritten and oral English. English is the company language, and it is not a requirement that you speak Danish.
As a person, you have a can-do attitude. You are accountable and possess a strong drive to succeed as a team and deliver within deadlines. All packed in a context of respect for people dynamics, empathy, and humor.
Educational background is not the most important part, but at least 7 years of relevant work experience is necessary. Preferably, you have spent the last few years working hands-on in the Salesforce.com eco-system e.g. on projects. You are always eager to develop your skills, which we in Milestone encourage and support.
