We are looking for a driven student with a strong analytical mindset, business acumen and a can-do attitude, who wants to join our journey of changing dentistry at our global Headquarters in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv.As an student assistant in the Commercial Excellence team, you will be responsible to support on a wide range of commercial projects and tasks while developing your commercial and project management competencies. You will get the chance to work across the Commercial Excellence team within the areas of Sales Excellence and CRM, Reseller and DSO management (consolidated dental clinics) and Commercial Strategy and Pricing. The focus will depend on the project pipeline and business opportunities that we are facing.Previous student assistants have worked on and supported a wide range of projects and commercial tasks - as for example – optimization and implementation of an organization-wide CRM program as well as the creation of strategic pricing for a special customer group. In addition, they have been involved in commercial operations by driving the development of KPI PowerBI dashboards, building customized marketing & sales materials, while also designing our order intake and handling processes.As a Global Commercial Excellence Student Assistant, you have the following responsibilities:Your main responsibility will be to support the development and implementation of commercial strategies, projects, and programs, across the global sales organization. The project will range from conceptional strategy creation to operational process improvements and global implementation.You will be part of ensuring a more professional and commercial engagement with our resellers. Therefore, you will support in developing a commercial toolbox for our sales organization that consists of, but is not limited to, performance management and reporting, KAM processes, segmentation and targeting tools, data insights/report, etc.Further, you will build – and continuously improve our commercial offering to DSOs (consolidated dental clinics). You will support setting the right sales strategies, improve internal processes, and facilitate a strong collaboration across the organization to ensure a customized offering along the DSO customer journey.

Professional competencies
  • You are in the last year of the Bachelor’s degree or within the Master’s degree within international management, business & strategies or similar.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Super user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Structured way of working
  • Experience with project management and problem solving would be an advantage
  • Personal attributes
  • Result driven, independent and thrives in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Motivated to continuously develop professional and personal competencie
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
