Your mission…
As eKAM for Blivakker/Cocopanda you will build, manage and develop long-term E-commerce relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence. You will join a full Sales team dedicated to E-Commerce clients, and be in charge of one of our largest & strategic Pure Player account, operating actively in the 4 Nordic markets!
You will be supported by e-merchandizer, e-activation manager, team coordinator and team dedicated finance commercial controller, as well as dedicated Business Planner. The role reports to the Nordic Ecommerce Channel Sales Director, based in Copenhagen.
You will…
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Blivakker/Cocopanda, develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve, according to our business frame
- Manage the client P&L, with direct impact on growth to net strategy
- Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales…)
- Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans : development of Skincare, relaunch of Haircare and Haircolor, strengthening the activity in the 4 markets etc.
- Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners
- Handle specific sales Events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance
- Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities
You are…
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar commercial role in FMCG
- You already developed negotiation skills with clients and are experienced with the Revenue Growth Management levers (mix, trade terms, price, promotion)
- You are interested in the Beauty business and in the digital path to Purchase.
- You are fluent in Norwegian and English
- You have a hands-on and pro-active approach and want to drive results
- You are details oriented and diligent
- You have strong collaboration skills and are able to manage several stakeholders
- You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
