We're seeking a modern sales professional who is passionate about driving growth and leading others to great results As a key member of our management team, you’ll building and leading a high-performing team of software sales professionals targeting mid-sized and large European enterprise customers to ensure that we achieve our ambitions goals for an entire industry.

We're a young scale-up technology company that's already operationally profitable, with IKEA as a shareholder, and a team of 65 passionate talents at our new offices at Islands Brygge in central Copenhagen. About the position

Alongside our Growth and Marketing teams, you will execute effective sales strategies that shape the way we reach our large and mid-sized customers of software and logistics solutions. You will play a vital role in driving growth and engagement with a meaningful impact on the success of our company.

We have only recently begun building a professional sales team, so you’ll have the opportunity to set the direction and most of the team.

In addition to building and managing the sales team, you will personally be selling to large clients and developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts.

As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and managing the sales team: Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring to ensure the team have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Implementing sales strategies: Continuously updating approaches to business development and account management, setting targets, and creating plans to deliver results.
  • Driving sales results: Monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and achieve goals.
  • Managing customer relationships: Working with the sales team to manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Forecasting and budgeting: Creating accurate sales forecasts and managing the sales budget to ensure that resources are used effectively.
  • Collaborating with other teams: Working closely with marketing, revenue operations, product management, and customer success teams to ensure a consistent and effective go-to-market approach.

With a background in B2B solution selling and preferably software in an exponential growth setting, you have a proven track-record of generating results on your own and through others. To be considered a highly attractive candidate for this role, you likely possess most of the following traits:

  • At least 5 years of experience with B2B solution selling and leadership responsibility, preferably from selling software in an exponential growth setting.
  • Proven track record of personal sales success and executing on sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate others to create results.
  • Self-starting and hands-on, being able to find your way in ambiguous settings and the roller coaster ride that a scale-up can be.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in English and Danish.
  • Preferably a degree from a business school or university.
  • Analytical and structured, with experience of using CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
