We are expanding our Digital Sales team in our Headquarter in Hellerup with a new Digital Sales Associate (Norwegian speaking) to carry out all sales activities within the direct retail segment. You will be reporting directly to our Country Head of Digital Sales. The Digital Sales team globally as of now consists of around 50 professionals. The team’s overall purpose is to drive the global distribution and services of products towards clients of Saxo across all entities throughout the world.
Your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
- Closing of incoming leads and sales pipeline management and ensure their first experience with Saxo is best in class.
- Asking relevant questions to uncover new and existing client needs and execute sales strategies for different client profiles.
- Being able to clearly explain Saxo’s product offering and platform solutions and how they help the client achieve their financial aspirations.
- Participate in internal and external client events such as seminars when needed.
- Participate in global training and developments programs and keeping updated with new product launches and platform tools.
- Contributing with your unique sales personality to the structured sales processes.
Your profile:
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Interest in trading and the financial markets, banking background advantageous.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and proactive in following up with clients.
- Comfortable with doing sales over the phone primarily but in person as well.
- Ability to take ownership of set tasks and targets.
- Ability to work as a team player and when necessary, individually.
- Professional appearance and attitude with an outgoing personality.
- Able to work in a dynamic and heavily regulated environment.
- IT competence including good Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian, any other language would be an asset.
