<p>As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function which is responsible for all tender / sales processes and supports our global wind business with client & market insights in various geographies. </p><p>In your role, you will support the Bid Managers and tender teams with proposal-related tasks and activities as well as organizational and administrative matters and day-to-day operations. Ramboll supports clients globally to identify, evaluate and quantify both risks and opportunities, allowing them to make well educated, strategic decisions based on practical offshore wind project development, financing and execution experience, combined with world-class engineering know-how.  </p><p>We are among the very few consultancies in the world, providing engineering services for bottom-fixed as well as floating wind foundations. we have been involved with offshore wind since 1989 and floating offshore wind since 2007 with dedicated teams of experts supporting clients globally </p><p>Within Ramboll, over 500 highly qualified experts work on onshore and offshore wind projects globally, operating primarily from our 15 key offices across the Nordics, Germany, UK, Poland, Spain, Japan and the US.  </p><p> </p><p><strong>Your tasks and responsibilities </strong></p><p>As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will take on diverse tasks and responsibilities in international projects of varied complexity and scale, such as: </p><ul><li>Support the preparation of pre-qualifications and proposals (e.g., by collecting and compiling company details, CVs and project references) </li><li>Support documentation and recording of client- and project-relevant data into various databases (e.g., CRM, Project Integration Tool and Ramlink)  </li><li>Support and assist the tender team on all administrative tasks and internal processes during the tender period (e.g., registration / updating of tender portal profile and facilitating the proposal signing process) </li><li>Support business intelligence workstreams, e.g., key account and market meetings, compiling and providing relevant data </li><li>Support administration of internal and external meetings, workshops, and events </li><li>Support preparation of high-quality presentations for meetings, workshops, and events </li><li>Support ad-hoc department, sales and project execution tasks </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor or Masters student in Business Administration, Business Communication or Structural / Civil / Mechanical Engineering </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) </li><li>Experience with CRM systems, Document Handling Systems, Sales / Tender Tools is advantageous </li><li>Customer oriented approach as well as self-reliant, reliable and structured way of working  </li><li>High level of proficiency in written and spoken English  </li><li>High integrity and team spirit, proactively engaging with others and offering support when required </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Welcome to our Energy division </strong></p><p>Ramboll is at the forefront of addressing the green energy transition and offers a holistic approach that supports the sector on the journey towards more sustainable solutions.
