About the position
You will be responsible for landing and managing a growing portfolio of enterprise customers of our software solutions (SaaS), ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and objectives and help them to identify opportunities to leverage our innovative software solutions to improve their operations.
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading customer engagement: Initiating contact, assessing business needs, conducting presentations, and providing expert guidance and advice to help customers achieve their business objectives.
- Managing customer relationships: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Driving sales results: Meeting and exceeding sales targets, managing sales cycles, and developing sales plans and strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Working with cross-functional teams: Collaborating with the marketing, revenue operations, product management, and customer success teams to ensure a consistent and effective go-to-market approach.

With a background in B2B software solution selling, preferably from an exponential growth setting, you have a proven track-record of independently generating results. To be considered a highly attractive candidate for this role, you likely possess most of the following traits:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a focus on enterprise accounts and preferably in an exponential growth setting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise customers' needs and pain points.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Fluent in English and Danish, both orally and in writing.
