Milestone Systems is currently looking for a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to join the Sales Support EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) team. You will be joining our Sales Support EMEA team that consists of skilled, motivated, and passionate colleagues focused on driving growth for the business in EMEA. The team works in an informal atmosphere where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key ingredients in the working day. As the rest of Milestone Systems, the team is characterized by a wide variety of people from different nationalities and cultures.
The role
Your primary tasks will be assisting in the daily order handling and sales related tasks for all EMEA. This includes direct contact with partners and close cooperation with the global and regional sales teams. There will be a concentration of tasks towards answering phone calls, case management, inquiries, quotations, etc. You will also assist in the coordination of new projects with the objective of developing business for the company. Due to the diverse nature of the job’s responsibilities, it is also important that you can function well under pressure, multitask, and work well both independently and in teams.
The role
The Sales Support Coordinator will be:
  • Providing professional sales support to channel partners and distributors (case management, phone calls, quotations, etc)
  • Making daily data entries into our CRM system
  • Performing various administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming sales support and sales admin cases and provide sales quotes.
  • Interact closely with the local sales team regarding sales initiatives and assist in order handling.
  • Manual order handling (all Milestone products and services).
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls on the sales support phone line.
  • Invoicing and crediting of all types of orders.
  • Invoices follow-up and reporting.
  • Ad-hoc project participation.
  • Close cooperation with our APAC and Americas Sales Support, Finance, Legal, BC team and other Milestone functions.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent within a relevant field (e.g. business, administration, languages)
  • Fluent English at business level is required. If you speak an additional language this would be a big plus
  • Solid communications skills – both written and spoken
  • Flair for numbers
  • Strong IT skills – Especially Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Navision/Business Central (or other CRM system) is an advantage
  • Experience with order handling/support
  • Flexible to work at later hours on month close
  • Able to work flexible hours between 8.00-17.00hrs, Monday to Friday and Sundays from 8:00-12:00 AM CET 7-8 times a year (you can perform the Sunday duty from your home office)
