As an important link between our German customers and outside sales organization, you will be a key member of our inside sales and customer support team based in Køge, Denmark.

Things are moving fast in Germany, and we must extend our fiber optic sales team in Germany. HF Telecom is looking for a German or German-speaking colleague to support our ambitious growth strategy in the fiber optic industry.
Your tasks:
As an important link between our German customers and outside sales organization, you will be a key member of our inside sales and customer support team based in Denmark. You will work with varying tasks including order entry and follow-up in addition to commercial sales support to customers, partners, and sales colleagues.
In addition, your tasks will be to:
• Be a key contact person for German telecom customers and partners and provide prompt and competent guidance and commercial support.
• Coordinate information and communication between sales, suppliers, and customers to secure timely deliveries in Germany.
Hans Følsgaard provides an informal and honest dialogue with both customers and suppliers and takes pride in technical support and service across the full spectrum of our businesses.
Your qualifications and background:
You are therefore an experienced internal sales professional with the desire to work with commercial customer and supplier support. We expect that you have 3 to 5 years of experience with sales support to customers in the tech-industry. Experience with sales support in the datacom and/or telecommunication industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
In addition, you have:
• Native German speaking or fluent in spoken and written German and English
• Residence in the Greater Copenhagen area or in Germany.
• English language skills in both written and spoken.
• Danish language is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP systems, MS Office.
• Interest in sales and daily customer contact and good communication skills.
