The Overview

Frontmatec is the result of a merger of market leading business units operating all over the world, and our clients has for decades known that they could count on us to deliver the highest quality within customized solutions for machinery and automation in the food industry, as well as other hygiene sensitive industries and the utilities industry.

We are right now looking for a new colleague to join us in the newly established role as Manager of Robotics Sales in Europe. The main purpose of the job will be to drive robotic sales, set sales targets and ensure that activity plans are carried out on time and as agreed. This means that time will be spent visiting our clients, creating offers in close liaison technical departments within Frontmatec and collaborating with Project Delivery during the installation phase. An important aspect of the role will also be to ensure that our R&D department is kept in the know about our clients wants and needs when it comes to robotics.

What will you do:

  • Be the overall responsible for our sales in the areas of Robotic Sales & Proposal Business Unit Frontmatec Aira
  • Coordinate and manage our sales activities across Europe within Robotics
  • Work closely with our R&D department, ensuring that they are updated on the latest trends and opportunities in the market.
  • Collaborate work in synergy with various stakeholders within Frontmatec Business Units

What will you need to bring:

  • Relevant educational background combined with prior experience from the Food/Meat Industry.
  • Strong sales and business acumen, able to conduct data driven analysis and take decisions.
  • Experienced in Management and Leadership of direct reports, stakeholders, and sales projects.
  • Solid personal skills: We value Professionalism, Perseverance and Integrity highly.
  • Great communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Computer literate, confident working in MS Office applications
