We are looking for a manager for our Global Chemical Technical Sales and Service (TS&S) team of approx. 10 engineers. You will be part of an experienced and inspiring management team reporting to the Head of Global Service, and you will be leading a team of specialists within catalyst and catalyst processes working closely with customers, regional sales and service offices and R&D.About us

What you’ll bring
You most likely have a degree in Chemical engineering and approximately 10 years’ experience from the industry. Experience from the Petrochemical industry is preferred but not mandatory.
You probably have experience as a manager and like to work with people and develop people. Preferably you have worked in multicultural and international organizations.
Relevant leadership training is preferred.
You have good intercultural communication skills, strong people skills, high proficiency in English.
You are a team player and like to achieve common targets.
You can think and work both strategically and operationally.
