The job
Onshore and offshore wind energy are fastest growing sources of new electricity. However, wind turbines often create interference on radar displays for air traffic control and defense missions. Terma has the radar solutions to eliminate the impact of wind turbines on radar operations, and we are looking for a sales manager to help us utilize the huge sales potential we see, and to drive and grow sales in this area. In close cooperation with a senior sales colleague, you will be responsible for expanding Termas sales effort in Wind Farm Radar Mitigation and the Air Surveillance Radar market to airports, windfarm developers and military.

Because you will be one of only two sales managers working in this technical complex area, there are high demands to your motivation to dive into the technical solutions and achieve a deep product understanding, enabling you to provide technical insight to the customers and to your colleagues in Terma.
Qualifications
Ideally you have a combination of commercial and technical knowledge and experience that makes you able to understand the products and drive the sales process from start to end. You have a relevant bachelor or master education within business or engineering; however, we value relevant experience over any specific educational background.

Bear in mind that candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have stayed within NATO/EU for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.

- Establish a network in the industry and engage with multiple stakeholders
- Develop and drive the pipeline
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals and negotiate contracts
- Support development of sales materials
- Participate in industry exhibitions and seminars
