As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be part of a dedicated international sales team reporting to the Vice President of Sales, Nikolaj Takla and be responsible for driving and growing our sales distribution in different markets by ensuring that our sales companies and distributors have the required skills and expertise in terms of sales and market activities. You will also coordinate and implement sales and market activities by handling the full product line of diagnostic instruments.

• Ensuring the development of our distributors regarding sales and product knowledge
• Close cooperation on sales, product launches and monthly financial statements
• Presenting new products and solutions to distributors and KOL’s
• Developing market plans and prepare budgets
• Implementing branding strategies in each market in collaboration with our product management and marketing teams
• Visiting our distributors and end-users to ensure the right focus on Interacoustics’ products and establish solid business relationships
Expect around 50-60 travel days a year. You will have the opportunity to travel to different countries and cultures, and to further develop the strongest brand in the audiological field.
You have a commercial degree at B.Sc. or M.Sc. level and at least 2-3 years of experience in international sales, as well as a documented history of working with long sales cycles and complex stakeholder management.
You are fluent in Danish and English, and perhaps another language at business level.
