Your responsibilities
- Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
- Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.
- Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.
Your background
- Electrical engineering education such as power technician, installer, engineer or similar.
- Ability to analyze a technical problem and advise the customer on the optimal solution.
- Good communication skills and the ability to create a good and close dialog with many different people, from managers to craftsmen.
- Self-starter, proactive and takes personal responsibility for your tasks.
- Eager to learn and develop. You don't need to have many years of experience, as long as you have a good knowledge of the industry and broad experience with electrical equipment.
- Be skilled in overall sales processes and have a good understanding of what customers are looking for in terms of knowledge and argue when investing in new equipment.
