On behalf of Epoka A/S we are looking for an Italian speaking Key Account Manager. Epoka A/S is an independent and well-consolidated international company with a young and dynamic team of skilled employees, who focus trade and distribution of IT equipment. We are looking for a person to service the exciting customers and expand to further on the Italian market.

The job

As a Key Account Manager your focus will be to strengthen the close cooperation with the existing customers on the Italian market, as well as creating new. You will have a close cooperation with a colleague, who already knows the customers and the market – and together you will strengthen Epokas position with the existing and new costumers.

When it comes to technical knowhow and support, you have a strong team of product experts, that will make sure you know, exactly what you need to know, to deliver the best service for your costumer.

Some of the responsibilities will be;

  • Contract management to existing clients in the Italian market
  • Run sales process (offers, follow ups, closures) and ensure a high level of deliverance in accordance to the agreements
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with your clients
  • Keeping up to date with the trends in the market (in close cooperation with your colleagues)
  • Expand your portfolio in the Italian market

The right candidate

To succeed in the role as Key Account Manager, you need to be an excellent communicator and have a can-do attitude. You thrive to deliver the best possible service, and at the same time, ensure a profitable business.

We imagine that you are a proactive person, who thrive in a high-pass environment. You probably have an inner entrepreneur, that wants to build a business. Other that than this, we see the right candidate as someone, who fulfill some of the points below.

  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • You have an understanding of the Italian market
  • You are a proactive person, who wants to make a mark and likes the dynamics of sales
  • If you have experience from a similar position, this will be a plus – but not a must
  • As the dialog with the client primarily will be via e-mail and phone, it’s important that you manage to communicate clearly
  • Knowledge of technical products will be an advantage – otherwise you have an open mind and willingness to get to know the products

You can expect 15-20 travel days a year.
