Job description
The job’s overall purpose is to drive revenue development and profitability across the region (primarily Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Poland) and support several smaller markets within Europe and the Middle East in close collaboration with XO Certified Partners in the Area.
The business will be developed basen on an agreed business plan to ensure high end-customer satisfaction and partner engagement by coordinating all XO CARE activities in the Area - across sales, marketing and technical service.
This role has no managerial responsibility.

Founded in 1951, family-owned XO CARE has over three generations been committed to support dentists improve their professional life.
We develop and manufacture the XO products in a refurbished and top-modernized historic setting in Hørsholm, Denmark. 75 employees engaged in all processes related to designing, developing, manufacturing, selling, and servicing medical dental devices, some of whom are working from Germany, France, and Italy.
RESPONSIBILITY
While echoing the UN Global Goals, XO CARE as a manufacturer of dental treatment solutions works consciously to ensure optimal health conditions for practitioners and their patients. To this end, we are known, among other, to promote the concept of ergonomics in our design thinking approach.
Likewise, we strive to make good use of resources and to improving energy efficiency; The dental units manufactured by XO CARE are made of high-end materials with the intention to last for more than 20 years, just like the software solutions are continuously upgradable.
The Team
The new Sales Manager (North Europe) will refer to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
The position is placed at the Headquarter in Hørsholm, Denmark.
The job’s overall purpose is to drive revenue development and profitability across the region (primarily Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Poland) and support several smaller markets within Europe and the Middle East in close collaboration with XO Certified Partners in the Area.

Key areas of responsibility:
- Planning and execution of sales activities in the area
- Build and maintain a network of XO Certified Partners, hereunder training and co-visits
- End-customer relations
- Events and activities
- Focused activities and contracts to dental chains (DSO´s)
Your profile
Critical experience:
- Field sales experience of technical capital goods with a focus on selling through partners and influencing end-customer
- A solid understanding of technical products and ability to promote these
- Sales experience across European markets
Skills and behaviour:
- A natural talent for proactive sales, negotiation skills and eagerness to positively engage with customer
- Capable of gaining respect from the XO Partners by providing value-adding support
- Capable to adapt the sales demonstration to different customers’ profiles
- Technical understanding and knowledge
- A sound understanding of sales strategies
- Excellent coordination skills
- Fluent in Danish and English language – oral and written
- Ability to work independent
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiation skills
