Role For our Frontline Sales team, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team, playing an important role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and sales strategy.
This position goes beyond traditional pre-sales responsibilities by incorporating a focus on Sales Enablement, ensuring our sales team is empowered with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in a competitive market.
The team: The Frontline Sales team consists of 5 members who are all engaged in doing excellent outreach, managing inbound meetings, and delivering the best customer demonstrations. We foster a vibrant team culture, celebrating victories and organizing quarterly team-building activities. Past events include go-karting, laser-tag, and spa days, enhancing the camaraderie that fuels our success. We also prioritize your growth, investing in training, and refining pre-sales efforts.

Additionally, you are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have a Bachelor's degree (or longer) in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Web Development, etc.)
- Have experience working with and implementing Umbraco solutions eg. in a digital agency and/or at least one year of experience working in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company
- Are familiar with Sales Enablement best practices
- Put value in being part of a team where feedback and sharing ideas are a natural way of supporting each other
Responsibilities After going through comprehensive training, where you will learn all about our software and services, your responsibilities will include:
Technical Expertise:
- Understand and articulate the technical aspects of our products/services to clients
- Collaborate with the product development team to stay current on product features and updates
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings
Sales Enablement:
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and technical documentation
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their understanding of our products and improve their sales effectiveness
- Create tools and resources that support the sales team in addressing client needs and objections
Customer Engagement:
- Act as a technical advisor during client meetings, addressing inquiries and providing solutions tailored to their specific requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client pain points and contribute to the development of tailored solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Provide feedback from client interactions to relevant teams for continuous improvement
Practicalities
- Preferred starting date: Apr 1, 2024
- This role is a full-time position of 37 hours/week, in-person at our headquarters in Odense, Denmark
- However, if we believe that you are the right fit for this position working on a hybrid and/or remote basis can be a possibility - if so travel days to Odense should be expected
