Meneta Group is a global supplier of composite materials for sealing, noise & vibration damping (NVH) and of conventional and fine blanked parts. We employ over 2,000 people at our locations in Denmark, Germany, India, China and North America.
Meneta Denmark ApS is part of the Meneta Group and specialized in fine blanking for the automotive industry.
About the Sales Account Manager role
You will assume full sales responsibility for a dedicated customer group within Meneta’s fine blanking division. You will make sure the customer feels valued and receives the best service.
You will be an active participant in our Team Feasibility meetings (producibility of part) with colleagues from engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality management, supply management, and sub-contractors.
You will produce competitive customer quotations, analysis of cost structures of components, and identify cost drivers.
You will be in charge of maintaining our customer and quotation database in the PLM system. You will also need to make pre- and post-calculations on our products, and you will be responsible for the annual sales budget for your customer group.
You should present strong customer relationship management skills and follow up on all offers you send out. We expect you to take active part in customer meetings and workshops – internally and externally – and to stay updated through ongoing market and competitor analysis.
For the right candidate, there will be a high degree of influence on the job function, and a great opportunity for professional development.
About your qualifications
You have a commerce degree with a technical background, or an engineering degree with a commercial background. Some years of experience from a similar role are welcomed but not required. Experience and knowledge from the fine blanking industry is an advantage (ideally within the automotive industry).
We expect you to be service- and qualityminded and take responsibility. It is important that you work in a structured way with a sense for details, while being able carry tasks to completion.
As Sales Account Manager, your focus will be on the customer. You must have good communication skills in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of German would be an advantage. Meneta being an international company servicing customers worldwide, you need to be able to work in intercultural teams.
You possess good technical understanding including a good understanding of technical drawings. You have knowledge of MS Office and are preferably a super user in Excel. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, but not a necessity.
