Description & Expectations:
We are searching for an energetic and motivated Global Sales Coordinator to join our team in Odense N. Quadsat provides innovative airborne antenna testing solutions by integrating drone technology with RF payloads, and we are looking to expand our Commercial department.
The core responsibility of this role is to support the sales department to communicate with customers daily and ensure all back-office sales processes run smoothly. This includes:

  • Generating quotes and proposals for customers.
  • Calling customers to initiate discussions and coordinate visits.
  • Run the CRM system and other sales processes to maintain organization within the team.
  • Complete mini-statements of work for potential customers.

Further Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Proactively reach out and call both existing customers and potential new customers to qualify leads and book meetings and visits.
  • Generate quotes and proposals to address specific customer needs and align with company offerings and capabilities.
  • Manage and maintain Pipedrive (our CRM system), ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry, customization, and utilization to support sales activities and reporting requirements.
  • Participate in key conferences with the team and represent Quadsat at the booth.
  • Follow up diligently on all collected business cards and leads following conferences to nurture potential opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team.
  • Direct support to travelling sales staff.

Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate would be a highly organized and multilingual junior sales professional or recent graduate ready to join a busy team and act independently to support our entire sales department.
We expect the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Development, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and two additional languages (Spanish would be beneficial).
  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or similar roles would be beneficial.
  • Experience working with CRM systems is a plus, the team currently use Pipedrive.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on accuracy and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A team player.

Travel Demands

  • Expected 10-15 travel days per year.
