KOMPANs Sales Coordination team works closely with our sales professionals from the early planning stage of projects and all the way through to the ordering of the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead / Own end-to-end operations of the sales support function including sales proposals, bids, contracts, order processing, excellent customer service to sales team and vendor management
  • Supervise and lead a team of 9-10 Project Coordinators/ Sales coordinators and ensure individual KPI’s and company goals are met
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to build efficient workflow on all turnkey quotes, order hand-offs to installation and services team, bids/ RFI’s, logistics and invoicing of orders
  • Drive efficiencies in processes to improve productivity and profitability, reduce quote lead time and ensure accuracy on all orders
  • Ensure data accuracy in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Navision ERP system. Be the subject matter expert on procedures inside CRM and ERP system including dashboards, filters, and reports, along with pricing updates for all non-core items.
  • Establish departmental goals and individual performance metrics and for the team with a focus on growth, excellence, and meeting the needs of the stakeholders/customers.
  • Assist with on-boarding and training of new sales representatives regarding sales support procedures and tools.
  • Create periodic reports for sales leaders on order position, orders due for shipping and invoicing and incoming quote requests from each region
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales support role managing and leading a team.
  • Previous experience in ERP and CRM (Preferably Navision & Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in excel, CRM dashboards, optimizing processes and training new hires.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or construction industry, very desirable
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing and coaching a team of 8 or more
