Do you want to lead and drive our sales and business development of sales through distributors?


We are looking for a Distributor Sales Manager who will be responsible for our distributor sales and business development in Europe and Central & South America. You will lead teams and employees in these markets who all play an important part in the complex process of distributor sales of our products.


Leading sales in more than 25 countries


As a Distributor Sales Manager, you are responsible for sales through distributors in Europe and Central & South America.

You will develop and implement our distributor sales model facilitating sales development and growth in the entire area.

You will have six direct references and a team of a total of 10 employees who all supports distributor sales globally. These employees work in Design & Visualization, Marketing, Regional Sales, and Sales Support. You will be responsible for setting the direction while empowering the team and employees to deliver in their roles.

Moreover, your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing and collaborating with a portfolio of distributors.
  • Optimizing profit, sales volume, and operational efficiency in the area.
  • Driving volume growth and achieving targets with channel partners.
  • Driving annual negotiations and local business plans.
  • Nurturing partnership relations.
  • Promoting the awareness of our premium, global brand and products in the markets.

You will be based at, and work mostly from, our Headquarters in Denmark, Odense, and refer to our Group Sales Director.

Travel is expected to be approx. 30-50 days per year.

An Experienced Distributor Sales Manager to drive growth


We are looking for a candidate who possesses years of experience within distributor sales management in a global company. You hold an education in sales and possess a proven track record in distributor sales and sales development.

You have been part of setting the strategic direction for distributor sales within a project selling organization.

Importantly, you possess knowledge of complex sales processes in the industry of playgrounds, outdoor areas, fitness equipment, or from a related industry with premium products to the building/construction industry focusing on specification sales processes. You have experience in working directly with specifiers and decision-makers like (landscape)architects, designers, etc.

You hold leadership competencies and take pride in guiding your team and employees to reach their potential.

Additionally, you:

  • Possess cross-cultural understanding and interest - you are passionate about market differences and requirements across borders.
  • Have customer-relations skills, including skills in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Are solution-oriented, see opportunities and are driven by development and achieving our targets providing more play and active living to people globally.
