Business Development Manager Thermo-Transit Main Duties:
- This senior leadership position is in charge of meeting sales targets for new business development - oversees locating and proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Identifies and develops Thermo-Transit unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Builds relationships with the decision makers.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
- Develops negotiating strategies by examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Develops the systems and procedures to enable the effective execution of new business development.
- Manages, develops and inspires a team to implement the strategy and to achieve set targets.
- Ensures Business Development team professionally represent Thermo-Transit.
