The Job
As an SDR your work revolves around identifying prospects and performing outreach through emails, calls, and social media to qualify those prospects into qualified sales leads before scheduling a solution demonstration meeting with the qualified lead and your sales executive and solution specialist.
Your drive and positive mentality are key. The ability to initiate sales dialogues via phone, email, and social media, with decision-makers at companies across Scandinavia is essential.
This position requires an ambitious self-starter as you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for our smart pricing services in Scandinavia.
You will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact.
You will be working closely with the team and our partners to schedule solution demonstration meetings with qualified leads and your sales executive and solution specialist. You will gain a deep understanding of our practice for e-commerce, marketing, and automated dynamic pricing.
You will be closely mentored in assessing and qualifying prospects in relation to our offering, and you will have the opportunity to be professionally developed by more seasoned colleagues and managers. The right candidate will quickly learn to understand how to assess a company’s needs in relation to our offering and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically.
The SDR will be expected to report on qualification and outbound activity and stay thoroughly informed on our pricing services.
In this role, you will be a key person in our strategy for sales and business development.
This role will work from our office in Randers, Denmark – easily accessible a few minutes from E45 and offering a great work environment, modern facilities, great benefits, and a spectacular view from your future office. To succeed in this role, your drive and positive mentality are key. The ability to initiate sales dialogues via phone, email, and social media, with decision-makers at companies across Scandinavia is essential.
The right candidate will be one who is highly self-motivated, handles sales rejection and objections well, works in a structured manner, speaks, and writes Danish and/or English well, and easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone/email/social media conversations with prospects.
You likely have a background with experience in e-commerce or online marketing. It may be from hands-on work experience or studies. Most important is that you are a quick learner and a flexible mind with plenty of mental bandwidth and a drive to perform with passion and professionalism.
You possess commercial logic and have a strong business orientation with a driven and structured approach to work and objectives. Excellent time management/multitask planning skills are valuable in this position.
You can deliver consistently high quality, and you understand that you need to share your knowledge and be open to feedback for the company and our clients to benefit the most from your expertise and work. You work in a self-driven and proactive manner, and you are result-oriented and focused on delivering according to the KPIs for your role. You take pride in your work, and you make decisions based on a firm understanding of business strategy and needs as well as client objectives.

- Target: Consistently achieve qualified lead quotas to ensure revenue objectives.
- Keep a high pro-activity level: Meet or exceed the assigned quota of a minimum of 20-40 prospect interactions per day.
- Interact with prospects via phone, email, and social media with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.
- Follow-up on prospects providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.
- Identify and research prospects, identify key decision-makers, generate interest, and develop prospects to stimulate qualified sales lead generation.
- Responsible for educating and developing prospects, including marketing unqualified leads, into qualified sales leads.
- Register and track all relevant information and activity using our CRM system.
- Set appointments with a sales executive and solution specialist when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
- Set the scene to turn your sales executive and solution specialist into a guru ahead of the appointment.
- Providing in-depth information to your sales executive and solution specialist to enable the most qualified and productive demos and the best lead-to-deal close rate.
- Shadow your sales executive and solution specialist in meetings to help you acquire the skills you’ll need to continually improve your performance and prepare for your next role in the sales team.
- Quickly learn about our smart pricing services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and partner team members on the strategic sales approach.

Qualifications
- Successful experience in sales, telemarketing, or similar, preferably in software, SaaS, agency services, but any relevant experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone and email presence.
- You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener in English - Danish, Swedish, Norwegian is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and lead generation is a big plus.
- Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone or an online meeting with new people every single day and explain our value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with.
- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
- An obsession with prospect happiness - set the stage for effective sales follow-up.
- The intellectual horsepower to become a guide on our offering in a matter of weeks, and the curiosity to keep learning about all its advantages and unique selling points.
- A deep understanding of email communication. You keep the inbox at zero.
- Extremely self-motivated and structured with a diligent work ethic.
- High level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, high school diploma or equivalent is required.
