GreenPeas A/S is looking for a proactive and reflective sales trainee to be educated in market development and sales of FMCG in the Danish horticulture business with Danish and international production and sales.

GreenPeas is the biggest European producer of fresh green peas used as a rich protein snack. The company consists of a group of fully connected employees with big ambitions where we put ideas into action.
Production takes place mainly in Denmark, Portugal, Morocco, and Germany, and the peas are sold on the Danish and European wholesale, catering, and retail markets.
GreenPeas is handling the whole supply chain including cultivation, harvesting, packing, distribution, marketing, and sales.
About the role
We are looking for a reflective colleague with a high personal drive who can be trained in market development along with Danish and international sales in a sometimes-hectic everyday life.
You will be trained to balance out production considerations into sales opportunities in a long and short perspective.
You will be trained to open new markets for a healthy protein snack product with big potential but with a short shelf life to be sold by careful and quick decisions.
Your responsibilities:
The training will be adapted to your current competencies and will include the following:
- Danish and international market development
- Sales and marketing
- Customer relationship building and structuring
- Public Relations building and development
- Product development
- Danish and international logistics
- Balance out production and sales
Background
You do not necessarily need experience in the field, but to be successful you must possess some basic skills and ambitions:
- You are sharp analytically and with commercial flair and a nose for business.
- You like challenges and have a strong will to pursue your goals.
- You are linguistically proficient in Danish and English and possibly other European main languages.
- You have flair for public relations and communication.
- You are creative.

At the same time, you are offered permanent employment after the end of the training period in a challenging career course, having the opportunity to grow with the task and develop your personal and professional skills.
The remuneration during the training period will reflect your basic skills as well as their development.
