Do you want to offer Western European dairy farmers high quality ventilation technologies for their dairy barns? Are you an experienced and successful Sales Manager of ventilation systems within the agricultural industry? If you can answer yes to this, you have the chance to be part of an international company dedicated to developing and selling high-end products and systems for ventilation of modern dairy farms.

Secco International is the number one dairy ventilation company in Canada and has already a strong presence in Europe, Japan and Russia. Skov A/S recently acquired shares in Secco International to create a strategic partnership. This new partnership brings two very strong ventilation companies together with the strategy to grow Secco to be a true global company with a strong network of dealers supported by local sales managers.

Secco has already an established dealer network in Western Europe, and as Sales Manager you will be responsible for the development and support of the entire dealer network related to multiple countries, such as:

Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Italy, Spain, Turkey

In your new job you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing the sales strategy in Western Europe.
  • Train dealers in products and systems from Secco and Skov.
  • Dimensioning and quoting ventilations systems for the dealers.
  • Support the dealers at customer meetings.
  • Conduct market intelligence on your markets to adapt the market strategy and products when needed.
  • Participate in the different fairs supporting the dealers in their promotion of our unique ventilation solutions

In order to be a success in your new job we expect that you:

  • Have at least 8-12 years of experience as sales manager - preferable of ventilation systems in the agricultural industry.
  • Have a strong customer focus and find success in developing dealers to perform on sales and service.
  • Have teaching experience of dealers in technical products.
  • Have a good technical understanding and are open to learn new technologies and systems.
  • Communicate in English and German on a professional level.
  • Can travel up to 50-60% of your time.
  • Are a proficient PC user who can use various IT tools as Microsoft Office.

We’re expecting to find a candidate which currently lives in Denmark. On the personal level you are good at listening in order to understand the needs of the customers. You are dynamic, result oriented and you always have the customer in focus. You work independently, but you also understand the importance of business alignment with the Sales Director of Secco International. When not travelling, your will work from your home or from the Skov’s office in Glyngoere, DK.
