Geveko Markings is looking for a new Area sales manager to ensure the strategy and commercial development of the product portfolio. Geveko Markings vision is to be the preferred supplier of marking materials for horizontal marking of roads, cycle paths, pedestrian paths, airports, arenas, multi-story car parks, industrial locations, city centers, school playgrounds, and outdoor decorative application.
Position
Part of your daily job and responsibilities will be developing the Italian market together with the existing Italian team. You will become a part of the Nordic, Southern Europe and Latin-American team in an international export company, and by that being involved in various international projects and practical tasks. You work in close cooperation with the Regional Sales Director, the Italian County Manager and product management team. You must be prepared to travel + 100 days per year including internal meetings.
Position
As Area Sales Manager you will use your professional background and expertise to drive and develop the Italian market. Your strong personal drive and social competence makes you able to navigate in a field of different customers and stakeholders in an international market, with constantly increasing demands for product development and safety profiles.
Your main areas of responsibility and tasks will be:
All sales activities within the area Insure a positive development in sales and earnings Maintain and develop a strong relationship with customers within the area. Demonstrations of products to customers Training of customers on how to use the products Create offers and negotiate process with customers Process orders to either GM Denmark or GM Germany Map the current and potential marked within the area Map the current competitor’s position and market share Analyze markets dynamics Data driven approach to sales Budget within the area Look at the products range and select the right segments in order to get success Visit new and existing customers Use Outlook for all activities Assist customers with day-to-day questions Weekly maintenance of CRM system to ensure date is updated Create offers and negotiate prices Participate in fairs to promote Geveko Markings Payments from Italian customers

Preferable a Business/Commercial background combined with a technical understanding which enables you to understand the product and the industry Preferable 2-5 years of experience from similar role in an international company Experience with the B2B marked A solid understanding of the Italian market Solid IT skills and experience working with CRM systems Valid driver’s license B2B procurement experience from an international company
