Account Executive at Webshipper ApS
Be part of a leading company on an exciting growth journey that enables ecommerce businesses to scale and improve the entire delivery experience - from clever shipping rates, user-friendly order management, and an automated shipping flow as well as tracking notifications and customs.
We are looking for two skilled B2B Account Executives to help drive and improve our efficient inbound sales funnel. Do you excel at contacting, qualifying, and closing sales qualified leads, SQLs, through precise and powerful sales questions? Then this position as Account Executive might be something for you.
Ideally, we are looking for two ambitious Account Executives who are resilient, have experience with SaaS sales, and are customer-centric. You will be part of a highly-skilled sales team, where both independence and teamwork are highly valued.
It is crucial to succeeding at Webshipper that you are capable of recommending the best solution by uncovering the needs of the prospect. Therefore, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in the Commercial Group consisting of the Customer Onboarding Team, the Customer Success Team, and the Marketing Team. You will have distinct flexibility and freedom to explore new customers while simultaneously being a vital part of a team where we jointly develop new customer segments and markets.

Your tasks:
- Calling and qualifying inbound leads that have signed up for a 14-day free trial.
- To uncover the needs, pain points, and wishes of prospects.
- To consult customers in finding the right solution.
- Following up with prospects.
- Project Sales - To be the point of contact for assigned enterprise customers who decide on a customized solution.
- Remote Sales - Danish and international customers.
Your experience:
- You have documented experience with B2B sales, preferably in the IT/SaaS business. Knowledge of shipping / E-Commerce systems will be an advantage.
- You have higher education and are passionate about sales.
- You are a skilled merchant who can close deals.
- You are ambitious and thrive working based on clear KPIs.
- You have a structured approach to customer follow-up.
- You are fluent in Danish and have high-level proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal. Any additional language is a plus but not a must.
