Wear Group is a family-driven fashion company, located in Silkeborg, Denmark. We offer services within product development, quality sourcing, private label production and work with our own brands as well. We believe in the right product for the right price at the right time, and do our best to give our customers and clients full value for money with these set of values. Our goal is to help with product development and supplier sourcing, in order to ensure our clients high hit rates on their collections.

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager for the European markets, to join us. You will be part of our strong sales team where you will have the opportunity to evolve in a fast-growing and energetic company.

You will report to the CSO and be responsible for and handling all sales operations for the customers within your market. You will assist in developing our further sales strategy, growth, and improving customer relations. The working day is characterized by high speed. You will be a part of a fast-growing global brand, and a dynamic team powered by ambition, passion for design, and strong business acumen. You will be working out of our HQ in Silkeborg, Denmark

RESPONSIBILITIES - include but are not limited to:

  • Budget responsible Redefined Rebel.
  • Responsible for growing and developing all customers.
  • Responsible for making sure Redefined Rebel has the right go-to-market model in each of the countries at any time.
  • Follow-up business plans, visiting customers, plan marketing activities.
  • Weekly follow-up meetings, data analysis, and planning new markets.
  • Yearly target and follow-up with costumers.
  • Selling-in new collections, opening new doors, following up on daily busi ness, numbers, pushing NOOS, etc.

  • Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for ensuring the solution is taken to completion.
  • Detail-oriented, good with managing and prioritizing your tasks.
  • Efficient and proactive – a self-starter who takes responsibility.
  • Structured and data-oriented.
  • A hunter more than a farmer attitude

YOU HAVE

  • Experience from sales in Europe.
  • Proven sales track recordcustomer support.
  • Experience within sales, sales management in a growing business.
  • Experience with lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent relationship skills and outspoken.
  • Professional proficiency in English, written and oral.
