Because of an increased demand for our innovative and intelligent solutions worldwide, we are looking for a Senior Manager for Sales Process and Tools to join our Marketing team.

As our new Senior Manager, you will be a part of our global marketing organisation with 30 employees. Together we are committed to securing an optimal customer experience throughout the customer journey in order to support Kamstrup’s growth ambitions. We are responsible for creating a strong brand positioning of Kamstrup and we support our three business areas with market intelligence, insights and development and implementation of marketing and sales support activities internationally.

In the position as Senior Manager, you will have direct reference to our Vice President, Global Marketing and manage a smaller team responsible for sales process and tools (CRM and CPQ) and you will take dotted lines report from a CRM team and a CRM super user organisation.

Ambitious and result oriented Senior Manager who can drive customer experience throughout the customer journey
As our new Senior Manager you will play a key role in a Kamstrup’s strategy project on commercial excellence initiated to accelerate development and implementation of commercial excellence disciplines in Kamstrup. The project reports to top management.

More specifically you and your team will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, developing and implementing processes and tools within internal and external sales internationally
  • Taking ownership and continue the development and usage of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Oracle CPQ
  • Acting as project manager in relation to the 1-2 year platform and process development projects, including the responsibility of international implementation
  • Training of super users
  • Sales reporting for sales and top management through dash board in PowerBI

You will get a broad international network and you will have a close collaboration with the sales organisation in our three business areas as well as Service, IT, Supply Chain, Country Managers and your colleagues in Marketing.

You can expect around 30-50 travel days per year.

Personality matters
You hold a Master Degree in Economics and Business Administration or similar. You are a result oriented person with a deep knowledge of B2B sales and commercial excellence, coming from a similar position. We expect you to have:

  • Experience with internal or external sales
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales programs and tools through successful collaboration and change management
  • A minimum of 3 years project management experience and preferably leadership experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience from an international B2B organisation for a minimum of 5 years

As a person, you are robust and capable of maintaining the overview in a busy schedule with many different tasks. You work in a structured way and delegate efficiently to your team members. You have great communicative skills and are able to build trust and strong collaboration with all your colleagues.

It is a requirement that you both speak and write Danish and English fluently. A general understanding of German would be an advantage in the job, but is not a requirement.
