About the job.
As our new After Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring we provide the best possible customer service to our distributors, dealers and customers, as well as support to our service centers.

About you.
You probably hold at least a Bachelor’s degree from a technical field like engineering or similar.
You have experience working in Customer Care from the audio business, with a proven track record of delivering good results. You possess good business acumen, and you strive to deliver best-in-class customer support and service.
The ideal candidate is also up-to-date on the latest trends and knows the market of luxury loudspeakers.
Your personality is characterized by confident communication with the ability to influence customers. You have a high sense of responsibility and at the same time demonstrate enthusiasm to achieve positive results. You are proactive, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spark, and you possess analytical skills.
Your work approach is result oriented, persistent and you are able to thrive in a fast paced, and challenging, yet supportive environment.
English is our main company language, and we expect you to have full professional proficiency in Danish as well.

About the department.

- Customers’ enquiries about our products
- Service partners’ enablement, management and motivation
- Dealing, managing and forecasting of spare parts
- Customers complaints and input them into future product roadmap or feedback to QA department for resolution

About the job.
As our new After Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring we provide the best possible customer service to our distributors, dealers and customers, as well as support to our service centers.
Furthermore, you are
- Responsible for handling our return material agreement (RMA) and products that are dead on arrival (DOA)
- Handling tickets in Zendesk system, including resolution of issues
- Supervising and coordinating the team responsible for spare parts by establishing performance indicators, objectives and priorities, keeps track of parts sent and returned from repair
- Analyzing and ensuring the fulfilment of the demands from Regional Offices
- Developing and maintaining relationship with Service Centers Globally
- Collaborating with Product and QA teams to optimize existing RMA & DOA processes
About you.
