Become part of Heat/Cooling Sales Management
You will become part of the Heat/Cooling Sales Management team consisting of sales managers from 20 countries covering more than 40 markets. Additionally, you will be working closely with Head of Sales, as well as the sales managers in different countries to build the foundation for strategic decisions and business plans supporting the growth in our markets.

A job with focus on analysing market and customer data

As our new Student Assistant in Sales Management, you will get a key role in the sales department for Heat/Cooling. The essential for you is to provide crucial decision critical insights from our systems as well as by gathering insights from markets through desk and field research. You will be presenting your findings to the management of the division. Therefore, it is crucial that you are comfortable presenting to senior managers of the company.

Furthermore, in this position you will have a large and international contact network and act as an important stakeholder in the sales operations between Kamstrup Headquarters and subsidiaries.

Moreover specifically, your primary tasks will include:

• Analysing business potential in different countries and market segments
• Bring insight into customer developments in terms of profitability, growth, and product mix
• Work with reports in PowerBI, which will be one of your important data sources

Personality matters
You are currently studying within the field of finance, economics, or a similar education. As a person you are analytic, thorough, and seeks to understand connections as well as dependencies. Additionally, you have the ability of building internal networks and trust. Your data analytic skills are of vital importance for you to succeed in this role. Likewise, your ability to gather information from several sources, and turning it into a business-critical decision background. Furthermore, you are able to stay calm in stressful environments.

It is a requirement that you both speak and write English fluently.

The job is a part-time position, and we expect you to be able to work approximately 15-20 hours per week. Your workplace will be at Kamstrup Headquarters in Stilling near Skanderborg. It will be possible to work partly remote.
