Become a part of our SCM Logistics team in our Supply Chain

With direct reference to our Head of SCM Logistics, you will become a part of the SCM Logistics team consisting of 7 experienced and engaged colleagues. Roles are well-defined in Kamstrup’s S&OP organization where 2 Demand Planners, and 4 Supply Planners will support the monthly S&OP deliveries. You should expect a broad interface across the organization through collaboration within several aspects of our organisation such as of the Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, Technology and Finance.

S&OP Manager with strong analytical skills
As S&OP Manager, you will facilitate the monthly S&OP process from forecasting, demand planning, supply & capacity planning and action/conclusion phase. Our S&OP process has been running the last 5 years globally and includes 5 factories and a global forecasting process. Today, we have a robust and mature S&OP process with a running 18 months forecast.

More specifically, your primary work tasks will be:

• Demand planning, supply planning and scenarios for balancing supply and demand
• Participate in discussions that challenge and align demand and supply
• Prepare S&OP meeting (KPI, Actions, Scenario planning)
• Communicate S&OP decisions and follow up on action plan
• Participate in the development and management of the Long-Term S&OP Process from 2-5 years
• Participate in projects for improving S&OP processes and secure Kamstrup can continue being even more mature S&OP Company

Personality matters
You are preferably educated within Supply Chain: HD SCM, Cand. Merc or similar and have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with S&OP planning, preferably from a production environment. You possess excellent analytical skills, a great overview, and an ability to move quickly between different scenarios. You have flair for IT and BI, and you are a skilled Excel and Power Point user.

As a person, you are outgoing and strong in facilitating meetings and taking inputs into consideration. You have an analytical mindset that enables you to identify challenges from an overall tactical level. You are independent and proactive in your work, and you thrive with juggling multiple tasks within planning at the same time. You can structure processes and have a good eye for detail.

You are fluent in English both written and orally. Danish will be an asset.
