About the graduate program
In our graduate program, we offer you a accelerate opportunity to become one of the forerunners within our industry while supporting our ambition to ensure clean water and energy to a maximum number of people. We are on an exciting growth journey globally and through this program you will have the opportunity to make your mark and shape our future business.

This dedicated program has a duration of two years and through four tailored rotations you will gain unique cross functional insights, working with value adding projects in a global setting, where your voice and expertise is acknowledged. Furthermore, we support your personal and professional development through courses, mentoring, coaching sessions, and continuous feedback all with the intent to provide you with the expertise for a key position at the end of the program.

Become our Sales Graduate
In the role as our Sales Graduate you will gain a unique and in-depth understanding of how we conduct sales excellence on a global scale. You will be involved in different projects centered around selling services and solutions for our customers based on our smart meters. In the end we expect that you will have gained significant insights of all our sales disciplines and have obtained competencies within sales, value adding services, customer relations, negotiation and pricing and thereby have the ability to become our future Key Account Manager.

You will start the program in our Internal Sales team, where you will gain the full overview of how we drive the sales process in collaboration with our customers on a global scale - from order to delivery and thereby enter the heart of our sales organization.

Hereafter your rotations will continue in:

  • External Sales: focusing on strategic sales and getting in-dept customer understanding
  • Service Management: contributing to taking our focus on value adding services and value propositions to the next level
  • Customer Service Management: combining your insights to efforts that strengthens the after sales and ensure customer success

Personality matters
We are looking for a motivated Sales Graduate who is ready to make your impact to our business. You have recently completed or are close to completing your master's degree within Business Economics (cand.merc.), Global Business Engineering or similar and have a commercial interest. You have achieved extraordinary results from academic or extracurricular activities such as internships or case competitions.

As a person, you are driven by achieving results and exceeding your goals. You are positive with an outgoing nature and get energy from interacting with customers and colleagues, naturally establish and maintain strong relationships. With your structured approach, you can prioritize your tasks efficiently and reach your deadlines and you acknowledge the value of delivering as promised to customers. Your strong communication skills enable you to translate customer insights to the organization and motivate others around you to obtain the same customer centric approach while you combine your insights to business opportunity proposals.

You are fluent in English and Danish, both written and oral.
