Unify ’s Internal Sales Across All Countries
As Director of Internal Sales, you will be leading Internal Sales in across our three business units: Water, Electricity, and Heat/Cooling. Today, the Internal Sales department is responsible for order entry and processing in close dialogue with our sales organization and customers. In the future, the internal sales department will take on a more proactive and customer-facing role, supporting the sales teams in frontline sales activities.
Meet your future team
With direct reference to our Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, you will join the Sales & Marketing leadership team and work closely with the leadership teams in the Business Units and in Supply Chain. The Internal Sales department has approximately 50 employees across 15 countries. Most of the employees is located in Stilling, Denmark, and will be in direct reference to the position via Team Leads while the international internal salespeople will report in a dotted line.

We are seeking a Director of Internal Sales with proven leadership capabilities in a matrix organization and strong experience in stakeholder and customer engagement. Ideally, you hold a relevant master's degree, preferably within a commercial discipline, and bring at least five years of international professional experience. Internal or External sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

In this role, you should anticipate approximately 30-40 days of travel per year, primarily to our different country organizations. Therefore, it is a requirement that you have a valid driver's license.

- Have solid experience in developing, implementing, and managing processes, driving a successful change management agenda
- Work with a structured and analytical approach and have a proven track record of realizing sales improvement initiatives both internally and toward customers
- Are a motivating and coaching leader, who is not afraid of executing, can drive performance, and serves as a role model for change while inspiring the Internal Sales team to elevate their capabilities and performance to the next level
