Key Account for cloud connected battery solutions
Do you have a proven track record in selling stationary electrical products and solutions?
Do you have demonstrated ability to apply in-depth knowledge to respond to customer demands resulting in long term contracts, then you may be our new Sales Consultant for industrial batteries.
Based in Denmark, XOLTA develop and manufacture advanced cloud connected stationary battery solutions and industrial battery packs for various mobile end market applications. We are on a growth journey, driven by high ambitions and a passion for green energy and we need you onboard.
You will join an experienced international team dedicated to the green transition through developing impactful lasting products to propel the advance of renewable energy. On top of the physical energy storage products and battery packs, the XOLTA offering consists of a cloud-based platform for energy optimization, reseller support functions and end user interface to the products.
XOLTA A/S is a Ebbefos Holding company which is owned by the charitable foundation Ebbefos Foundation focusing on children's well-being.The Role
Your primary responsibility is to develop the industrial battery pack portfolio. This will include active search for new customer leads through canvas sales and networking. As part of the job, you will also manage existing long-term accounts with whom you will develop close relations and build further on their potential. Depending on the customer you will typically interact with different parts of the organization: sourcing, R&D and commercial functions.
As the business area is largely undefined the right candidate will have great influence on shaping and growing this area in collaboration with the sales team and design engineers.
General Responsibilities
You will report directly to the Head of Sales.

- Take ownership and develop the industrial battery pack customer portfolio
- Assist customers with consultative sales
- Consistently close new and sustainable business in alignment with budgets
- Maintain your pipeline and sales forecast through CRM tool
- Active participation in knowledge sharing with your fellow colleagues and contribute to the overall go-to-market strategy
You will report directly to the Head of Sales.
Experience/Qualifications
Combinations of experience and skillset are diverse, and we like you to apply even if you do not tick all the boxes completely:
- You have at least 5 years of relevant sales experience within a comparable industry
- You have a technical education, as sales engineer, sales technician or similar
- You are a person, whom we can entrust with the relationship of our important customers
- You are motivated by a large degree of freedom to create results independently while being corporative with your fellow teammates
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and understand the long-term value of strong customer relations
- Proven track record of technical sales
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong sense of detail and quality
- Experience from both small and large companies will be an advantage
