Your expertise is our key to success
Salesforce has been introduced as part of our portfolio of IT business applications and we wish to further accelerate these modules across our group. The business is demanding that we further build Salesforce, which is why we are looking for a strong Salesforce professional to help us get to the next level. You will be part of building a center of excellence, where your guidance and expertise is highly valued, and you will report directly to a Senior Director in Global IT.

Join our Global IT Organisation
Then what is lying ahead of you? Joining Demant you will be part of our Global IT Organization which has more than 400 employees with main hubs in Denmark, Poland, US and Asia Pacific region. This organization plays an essential role when it comes to reaching the business goals of Demant. You will be part of our IT team fully dedicated to the EPOS brand.

Here you will be working with a Lead Architect and an Application Support Specialist. Furthermore, you will also be working with our 5 external developers located in Bratislava and 3 Salesforce Administrators in EPOS Global Marketing.

We want Salesforce to be our primary platform. One of your first tasks will be to integrate our order management and our customer support into the salesforce service cloud.

You will also become part of our global pricing program, which is also going to be a part of the Salesforce solution.

You will have a broad interface with important stakeholders and users across the organization, and with your technical and functional understanding of Salesforce, you will have the following responsibilities:

Reviews and/or analyze architectural requirements
Provide Salesforce solution architecture guidance to business stakeholders and management in-order to effectively support the corporate business goals
Lead in defining, explaining, and creating the technology strategy roadmap for our Salesforce platform
Create and maintain up-to-date diagrams of Salesforce environment and the associated integration points
Contribute on the Architecture Review Board and ensure solutions are compliant with target-state architecture models
Drive the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry, and market trends to make recommended advancement opportunities to meet business strategy and goals

We are no better than the people we have
We are looking for a person who is good at bridging IT and the business. You could have a B.Sc. / M.Sc. within IT, economics or other relevant background combined with an excellent overview of Salesforce modules and the functionalities.
Maybe you already work as a Solution Architect, but you could easily find yourself in a position as Salesforce developer or administrator with the aspiration of becoming a Salesforce Solution Architect.

Joining us you will have a steep learning curve when it comes to understanding the business of personal communication, its products, and our digital vision.
