The position is part of the Commercial Technology team in the International Sales organization in Demant Hearing Aids business. The team is an integral part of the commercial area and reporting directly into the leadership of the sales. The team consists of 7 dedicated colleagues – each either owns or supports one of the 4 crucial digital products which are used by hundreds of colleagues working in the field. The commercial success of the company depends on those digital products and its associated processes to be designed, configured, and optimized, and rolled out to the many sales companies across the globe. Therefore, by the nature of the responsibility, the team interacts directly with key stakeholders in many countries and strives to continuously support and improve the efficiency with strong digital deliverables.
Your role
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development of SFSC by leading a cross functional agile team and activities included, but not limited to:

As Product Owner, you will work with multiple stakeholders and colleagues within an international organization. To find the best solutions and quickly build strong relationships it is key that you interact with colleagues in an open and listening manner and have strong communication skills.
To succeed in this position, you must have an agile mind-set, be structured and analytical. You get things done and plan your own tasks and drive execution. You come across as proactive, self-confident and can take decisions, involving and informing others when needed.
Further about you
As minimum a bachelor’s degree is required - preferably within commercial analytics. We don’t expect you to possess all skills below, but the more the better:

Your role
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development of SFSC by leading a cross functional agile team and activities included, but not limited to:
- Interact with senior stakeholders to gather business requirements and align them across all major markets.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to turn business requirements into concrete process/feature design.
- Prioritize backlog and define goals for the agile team to deliver.
- Decide between major new development and incremental improvements and decide frequency of the releases to support business users.
- Execute the project based on the scaled Agile framework against the plan.
- In collaboration with local process owners to ensure the project deliverables are well received and adopted.

- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud as an advanced user, understanding the main feature offerings.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Understanding of commercial excellence processes in Sales.
- Knowledge or certificate as PO based on the Scaled Agile framework.
- Knowledge of commercialization in B2B setup
