Solution Sales Specialist to join our ambitious journey – within Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform

We are looking for experienced Solution Sales Specialist with a proven track record of winning deals within Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform

Here at NNIT, there are great opportunities to work on strategic and important deals for both Danish and international private and public customers.

As our growth continues through a strong pipeline looking into 2021, we are looking for the right people to join our team in Aarhus or Copenhagen.

Your responsibilities

Your role is to be the responsible for the entire solution and design - right from the initiation phase to the delivery of the final bid and customer signature. Throughout this process, you will ensure that we leverage from the entire knowledge base across NNIT and thereby contribute to the commercial success of NNIT.

At NNIT we strongly encourage cooperation across departments and functions. As a Solution Sales Specialist, you will therefore be exposed to a large network across the organization and work closely together with account managers, specialists, service architects and the delivery organization.

You are based in Denmark and like the idea of working from anywhere. You are ambitious, empathetic, and have a growth mindset - always looking for opportunities, sometimes even using obstacles to leverage finding new solutions. Especially when results are at stake.

The Solution Sales Specialist role is all about you combining your ambitious drive with the exceptional ability to communicate the uniqueness of our solutions within our Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform offerings.

The role is with reference to Marius Jeppesen, Corporate Vice President, Winning Solutions Sales, and you will work closely together with our Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform delivery organisation and our sales organisation.

Areas of responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development and executing the go-to market business plan to accelerate the growth into the public and private enterprise market in Danish within NNIT Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform offerings
  • Ability to understand, communicate, interpret business processes and requirements within the Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform area at Enterprise customers
  • Responsible for developing sales material and presentations
  • Work as solution sales specialist on multiple opportunities at any given time
  • Provide subject matter expertise for and work closely with the sales organization
  • Prepare formal proposals and participate in responses to RFI’s and RFP’s
  • Establish and drive New Bizz meetings and events within NNIT Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform offerings
  • Manage and maintain a robust and accurate pipeline and forecast
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales and revenue targets
  • Build strong relationship with NNIT partners within the Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform area
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments and government regulations that affect target markets with the Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform area

Your Qualifications and Experience

As a person you have excellent stakeholder management skills and you know your way around the business. You see opportunities where others may see challenges and you know how and where to direct your communication. You are analytical and see the bigger picture and you can commit to the following:

  • Passionate about helping companies within the Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform area
  • +7 years of experience working with or selling Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform solutions
  • You might have a background as a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform architect, solution sales specialist or management consulting working with Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform solutions or advisory.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and written skills in Danish and English
  • Ability to communicate and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • A history of meeting or exceeding business objectives
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) BA/BS degree or higher preferred

As you will work with colleagues in an international set-up, it is required that you master Danish and English fluently – both written and orally.
