Regional Sales Manager - Central Northern Europe VMware BU

What you’ll achieve
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage a team of field sales account executives, responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great experience for existing and potential customers.
You will:
• Directly lead field-based team members to position VMware solutions that enable Dell Technologies revenue and margin opportunities
• Acting with Executive Leaders to ensure best in class experience and full alignment on Joint Strategy and drive quarterly review at country level with GM’s/RSM
• Provide direction, development and inspiration to team members
• Lead the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
• Drive business process improvement efforts

• Extensive experience of technology sales
• Passionate sales leader
• Ability to drive training and developing plans for the organization
• High level understanding of customer/industry climate and ability to build and maintain a relationship with our key stakeholders within the CNE region
• Solutions and technical knowledge, especially as it relates to the VMware portfolio
