Channel Sales Executive - Volume
Are you ambitious and sales driven with a passion for tech? Do you want to manage up-selling of product suites and partner resources?
On behalf of our client, Datto, Bloom IT Recruitment is looking for a Channel Sales Executive to join their growing team in Copenhagen. You will report to the Team Lead of Channel Sales, placed in Denmark.
In this position you will be responsible for guiding your partners as they learn how Datto can help them improve their business efficiencies and the world of their SMB customers.
About the job
As Channel Sales Executive you will be responsible for developing long-term strategies for the MSP partners in your book of business, focusing on sales planning, execution, and business development.
You will be working collaboratively with marketing, success, and support teams to execute sales strategy and keep abreast of product enhancements and new releases.
You will be responsible for closing deals within your patch at or above quota by segmenting partners and building a channel pipeline.
Also, you will be managing the successful onboarding of new partners, conducting strategy discovery calls, and identifying business goals, challenges, and gaps.
You will be representing Datto at industry events, roadshows, and demonstrations in the Nordic region where travel allows.
About You
You are a natural, long term relationship builder adept at using strong consultative skills to dissect business goals and generate growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
You have the desire, strategic view, and commitment to exceed targets and reach the goals of your MSP partners.
It is a must that you have a positive mindset and the ability to focus on celebrating your successes and learning from your mistakes.
Your communication skills are perfect, and it is important that you are fluent in Danish or other Nordic languages and master English at the appropriate level.
You have exceptional consultative skills, closing skills, and you are excellent at forecasting and pipeline management.
Finally, it is important that you have a natural curiosity with sincere empathy to understand and overcome partner challenges.
