We are offering an exciting position in a global team, that provides continuous professional and personal development. As Global Key Account Manager, you will get a global role, with the aim to take key account management to the next level. You will together with local sales teams and management define the growth journey, and play an active role bringing it to life. You will get the opportunity to work across different industries (Wind, Oil and Gas, and Maritime), and use your commercial toolkit to contribute to successful performance of the team and our company.
You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer in Maersk Training and join the commercial team in our Head quarter based in Svendborg. The team is dedicated to playing the local sales teams, stronger and better – together we win.
In this position you will be responsible for Key Account Plans, you will facilitate Key Account Meetings, maintain the global sales pipeline and report on performance.
Your responsibilities also includes playing your commercial colleagues around the globe better by sharing knowledge, facilitate workshops and being a sparring partner.
You are passionate about building and maintaining trust based relationships to your colleagues and around the world. You come with three to five years of experience from a global sales organization.
The ideal candidate:
• Is customer focused: you always put the customer first and have the toolbox and experience to identify and validate key customer problems
• Have experience in sales reporting and pipeline management
• Have experience in value selling
• Is optimistic: you believe obstacles are just a trigger for change
• Is Fast and furious: highly self-driven and result oriented
• Is a team player, that knows winning is something we do together
There will be no people management in the position. Some traveling activity must be expected.
You have a relevant academic background, either with a commercial or financial profile.
You must also hold a valid Danish residence and work permit
