Enterprise Sales Manager – North America

Templafy was founded in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2014 and has offices across New York, Copenhagen, Berlin, Eindhoven and Sydney, representing 40+ nationalities and serving customers all over the world. You will be working in our New York office located in One World Trade Center. Templafy also recently completed a Series C fundraising round, bringing total raised to nearly $70M. The funding will be used to double the team from 200 to 400 employees, increase M&A and further advance it’s roadmap.

What we're looking for:

Templafy is looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about exceeding sales quotas, coaching, and overseeing the success of their direct reports.

As a Sales Manager at Templafy, you will guide and mentor your team by setting clear expectations and goals while managing their progress. The objective of the position is to maximize the potential of your team leading to expand business and increase overall revenue.

Your main responsibilities will be to design and implement strategic sales plans and manage the output of your direct reports on a daily basis. You will train and develop your team through motivation, sales coaching, and product knowledge education.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategies to exceed team objectives
  • Motivate and support your team to exceed sales quotas in all aspects of the enterprise sales cycle – including prospect generation and qualification, needs analysis, demos and closing
  • Forecast annual and quarterly pipeline and revenue for your team’s territory
  • Maintain CRM with pipeline, account activities, sales stages, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team on lead generation
  • Manage recruitment and on-boarding processes of new hires

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally at a subscription-based SaaS company
  • 2+ years of sales management experience at a B2B SaaS company managing a team of EAE’s
  • Track record of success as both an individual contributor and a manager
  • Exceptional leader with strong followership and ability to motivate and coach a team
  • Extraordinary interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast paced and high-growth environment
