Do you have the gift of the gab, and do you know how to sell through the phone? Then we are looking for you to book meetings between our recruitment company and potential customers.
ScanCruit is an executive search & headhunting company in Dubai. Our main focus is recruiting Scandinavian expats to the UAE. We emphasize highly tailored recruitment solutions and exceptional customer service. We recruit the best talents from the Nordic companies, which is also why we have offices in both Dubai and Denmark.
As our new sales development representative, you will be sitting in our Dubai-based office, from where you will call and contact potential customers with our recruitment solutions. You will find customers for our recruitment consultants who then will find the right people for their company.
It’s very important that you speak and write in a high level of English. You must be able to speak fluently in any business and professional situation. You will be talking to potential customers daily and therefore it’s important that you know how to talk and sell through the phone.
You don’t need to have experience with recruitment, but it’s a must that you have experience being a sales development representative or something similar.
It’s an advantage if you have a large business network in your home country or/and Dubai.
As you will be sitting in our office in Dubai, it’s important that you live there or have the ability to move there.
