THE POSITION
To strengthen the sales team and with direct reference to the Sales Director, we are searching for an outgoing Regional Sales Manager with technical expertise to handle and drive the sales growth across several markets in Europe.
You will be responsible for the process from market research to sale, including customer responsibility as well as maintenance and expansion of the distributor network in primarily Central Europe. You are expected to work out of your home office within the region.
You provide technical guidance during project sales of modern energy-efficient solutions for construction projects and commercial discussions at closing final orders as well as general support and troubleshooting to the distributors.
You will also have a lot of contact and co-work with the colleagues situated at the headquarters and your presence will be expected some days a month.
THE CANDIDATE
Today you hold a similar position and have minimum 5 years of relevant sales and business development experience of the European markets, preferably within HVAC, plumbing or the installation industry.
To succeed, we require technical skills and properly you hold a diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar. It is a great advantage, if you have supplemented with a commercial degree in marketing or economics.
We value an independent personality, strong drive, and natural ability to independently pursue opportunities and to penetrate markets as well as achieve results and respond to the market trends in an efficient and proactive way.
Travel activity is required + 80 days/year.
LANGUAGE
You are fluent in English (written and oral), additional languages as French, German, Spanish, or Polish are a big plus.
EDUCATION
Diploma/bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical or similar.
IT
You are a skilled user of IT. (MS-Office) is required.
