We are looking for a Sales Assistant to provide excellent customer service, conduct outbound sales support and assist our field based sales consultants in the UK. Additionally, the Sales Assistant will help generate and produce content for the UK-team’s social media accounts and interact with relevant stakeholders in order to increase the knowledge of Pressalit products in the UK market.
Pressalit is a Danish manufacturer of stylish, award winning, accessible bathroom and kitchen solutions; we also make high quality toilet seats. Our ambition is to contribute to a better and more independent life for people with physical disabilities and their carers. This means that in many instances, we supply adjustable bathroom and kitchen products that adapt to different user requirements.
Our UK sales office is currently an experienced team of three sales administrators and we are now looking to add to their number.

Areas of responsibility:
As a Sales Assistant, your most important task is to ensure the customer receives the best possible service and to conduct telemarketing tasks that will engage with potential or new customers. You will also be required to help find the answers to a variety of requests, to process incoming orders, and to make sure processes run smoothly and in a timely manner.
Your primary tasks will include:

Who are you?
You have experience with administrative tasks related to sales and sales support and you know the importance of good customer service. Your educational background can be within sales and service.
As a person, you are a good at communicating and building relations. You are proactive, take initiative and you are not afraid to reach out to potential customers. In addition, you approach tasks in a structured manner and you are good at considering the customers’ needs and catering to them.

- Order processing, customer support and handling various customer enquiries
- Telemarketing - contacting potential customers and making appointments for the sales team
- Helping to produce relevant content for social media and engaging with appropriate stakeholders through Linked In and other platforms
- Maintaining data in our CRM-system
- Various sales support tasks
