The Role

You will connect with occupational therapists, local authorities, institutions, and end-users, providing product demonstrations and tailored solutions. Success in this role relies on your ability to generate new leads, build strong relationships, and deliver outstanding customer service.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and help expand our reach.
The Role
As our new Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling ’s range of products. You will connect with occupational therapists, local authorities, institutions, and end-users, providing product demonstrations and tailored solutions. Success in this role relies on your ability to generate new leads, build strong relationships, and deliver outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and develop leads through proactive outreach and relationship-building with OTs and other stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations using our mobile showroom, showcasing the value and functionality of our solutions.
- Present to and educate stakeholders, including occupational therapists and local authority representatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.
- Provide tailored solutions for customer needs, including preparing AutoCAD drawings and product schedules.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and support, fostering long-term customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate on exhibitions, seminars, and marketing initiatives, and contribute to creating compelling case stories.
- Manage CRM data to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales records and follow best-practice sales processes.
What We’re Looking For
- We’re looking for a dynamic sales professional who thrives in building relationships and delivering results.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in OT sales or with strong connections to the OT community.
- Educational background in sales or a related commercial field.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) and familiarity with IT systems (e.g., Teams, CRM).
- Knowledge of industry standards and trends within the UK market is a plus.
